While women are spoiled for choice with the sheer number of shops aimed directly at them, men aren’t so lucky which is why, I think, Topman has stood the test of time and is still going strong 35 years after launching as the ‘little brother’ to Topshop.
Everything about Topman screams – or at least applauds in a deep voice – ‘masculine’, from the no-nonsense monochromatic look with just a splash of primary colour to liven it up, to the purely male dominated fashion brands.
Equally fuss-free is the constant stream of offers on everything men want; t-shirts, jeans, suits. So, take a look, decide what you want, throw in a couple of offers and you’re done, leaving plenty of time for the football or the pub or anything but shopping.
